  I love this pharmacy. I read some reviews and ouch! Everyone is friendly even though it's always a mad house over there. Insurance companies run all of the doctors and pharmacies now. Give them a break. It's not the techs or the pharmacist making up the rules as they go along. It's the insurance companies dictating what it to be done. So when they take the time to call your insurance company for you, be thankful. They do not have to do that. That's your responsibility to know your plan. And by law they are not suppose to tell you who has what drugs in stock. Unfortunately pill heads and thieves have ruined that. They are now in fear of being help up for pills. So think about this stuff the next time you want to complain.
